Terms of Service

1. Introduction

GeraMarket is operated by Gera Systems (registered in England and Wales). These Terms govern your use of geramarket.com as a buyer or seller.

2. Our Services

GeraMarket is an e-commerce marketplace where independent sellers list products for buyers worldwide. We are an intermediary — not the seller in any transaction.

3. Account Registration

  • Minimum age 18. Accurate information required. Sellers must provide valid business details.
  • Report unauthorised access to support@geramarket.com.

4. Buyer Terms

  • Reviews must be genuine and based on actual transactions
  • Disputes raised within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • 14-day returns: UK consumers have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for most goods (exclusions: perishables, digital content delivered immediately, personalised items)
  • Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply to goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose

5. Seller Terms

Sellers confirm they:

  • Own or are authorised to sell all listed products
  • Will not list counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods
  • Will accurately describe products (condition, materials, country of origin)
  • Will fulfil orders within the stated dispatch time
  • Are responsible for their own VAT, income tax, and customs obligations
  • Accept GeraMarket's commission rate shown in the Seller Dashboard

Three or more upheld buyer disputes may result in account suspension pending review.

6. Prohibited Items

Prohibited (non-exhaustive): counterfeit goods, illegal weapons or drugs, stolen goods, IP-infringing products, adult content, live animals. We remove prohibited listings immediately and may report to authorities.

7. Payment Terms

Payments via Stripe. Commission shown in Seller Dashboard. Seller payouts within 7 business days of order completion, less commission and refunds. Buyer refunds processed within 5–10 business days after dispute resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

“GeraMarket” is a trademark of Gera Systems. Sellers retain IP in their listings but grant GeraMarket a licence to display and promote them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to amounts paid to GeraMarket in the prior three months or £50 (whichever is greater). Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights are unaffected.
