Methodology
Notices were fetched from the keyless gov.uk search API filtered to the product_safety_alert_report_recall document type, then each notice was read from the gov.uk content API. Title, brand, product, hazard, category, risk level, notice type and date are taken verbatim from OPSS, keeping the most recent 200 notices. Where OPSS lists no distinct brand the field is left empty rather than guessed. No figure is estimated.
